Global Product Training Manager*in (auch im Job-Sharing)

**V-ZUG Product Management**
Product Management ist Teil des Globalen Marketings und verantwortlich für Portfolioplanung und Lebenszyklusmanagement von Kundenlösungen, die den Marktanforderungen, der Markenpositionierung und den Unternehmenszielen entsprechen. Im Produktmanagement wird das Angebot der Zukunft geplant, ins Leben gerufen und über entsprechende Tools und Prozess in das Unternehmen und zu Partner*innen gebracht.

Es erwartet dich eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einer Drehscheibenfunktion mit viel Eigenverantwortung. **Was wir dir servieren
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Umsetzung von globalen Trainingsstandards für V-ZUG Produkte und planst eine Trainingsakademie für Kollegen und V-ZUG Partner*innen
- Du konzipierst, entwickelst und erweiterst geeignete Schulungseinrichtungen (z.B. Schulungsräume oder eLearning) in Abstimmung mit anderen betroffenen Funktionen
- Die Organisation und Durchführung von Train-the-Trainer-Schulungen für interne Mitarbeitende und spezielle Partnerzielgruppen gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du führst Trainings am Hauptsitz durch und unterstützt ggf. lokale Trainer*innen in den Märkten
- Du agierst als Sparringspartner*in für Trainingsinhalte, um eine Qualität entsprechend unserer globalen Markenpositionierung zu gewährleisten
- Du kontrollierst die Auswirkungen deiner Trainings auf die Verkaufsleistung anhand quantitativer und qualitativer Kennzahlen
- Du koordinierst mehrsprachige Inhalte, Struktur und Produktion für unsere neue E-Learning Plattform und unterstützt beim Trainings User*in Management

**Rezept fürs Gelingen
- Nach deiner Ausbildung hast du einen Bachelorabschluss im Bereich Marketing Management oder Medienwissenschaften. Ein Master-Abschluss ist ein Plus
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich von Produktschulungen und verfügst über eine spezifische Qualifikation im Bereich Training oder eLearning
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie an der Erstellung von Strategien, Konzepten und Inhalten mit
- Wenn Kolleg*innen dich beschreiben, würden sie dich als Teamplayer mit guten Netzwerk
- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten bezeichnen
- Durch das internationale Tätigkeitsfeld brauchst du fliessende Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch und bist bereit, Präsentationen und Trainings in beiden Sprachen zu halten
