**DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN**:
- Steuern Sie ein Profitcenter und die Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung unter Einhaltung der BURGER KING® Standards und der geltenden gesetzlichen Normen
- Schaffung der Voraussetzungen für die geschäftliche Entwicklung und Rentabilität Ihres Restaurants (Steuerung von Veranstaltungen, Entwicklung des Know-hows der Teams, Überwachung der Verkaufs
- und Leistungsindikatoren) durch aktive Antizipation der strategischen Ausrichtung von BURGER KING®
- Tragen Sie zur Aufrechterhaltung der Servicequalität bei, indem Sie die Hebel des Managements, des Marketings und der Kunden aktivieren
- Beaufsichtigen und koordinieren Sie ein Team (zwischen 15 und 25 Mitarbeitern)
- Entwicklung der individuellen Kompetenzen und Leistungen durch die Animation Ihrer Teams zur Erreichung der qualitativen und quantitativen Ziele und Begleitung der beruflichen Laufbahn
**DAS ERWARTEN WIR**:
- Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) oder gleichwertig
- Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule (von Vorteil)
- Patent (ein Vorteil)
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und in der Schnellgastronomie
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Rechtssystems + L-GAV-Kenntnisse
- Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) + Französisch und/oder Englisch (von Vorteil)
- Gute Beherrschung der Microsoft-Tools + Kenntnisse des Mirus-Tools (von Vorteil)
- Führungsstärke, Zuhören, proaktiv, Lust auf Herausforderungen, selbstständig, kunden
- und lösungsorientiert
