Foundation Paralegal

**Foundation | Paralegal | Zurich | Perm. | Oct. 2023 | 100% | CHF 80'000+**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage regulatory compliance processes, incl. regulatory & tax filings for transactions
- Develop a global investment contract lifecycle management process
- Implement and maintain a contract management database
- Coordinate global contract signing procedures
- Maintain a global annual legal calendar

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Fluency in English, German is a clear advantage
- Proven experience in finance or asset management
- At least 5 years PQE as a legal assistant or paralegal in an international setting
