Activités principales
- Concevoir de nouvelles exploitations, dans le respect du modèle du secteur, et dans le respect des meilleures pratiques d'automatisation et d'exploitation.
- Réaliser le schéma d'implémentation de l'infrastructure technique et applicative du projet confié.
- Estimer et chiffrer les activités du service Intégration à réaliser dans le cadre des projets confiés.
- Conseiller et assister le management et les chefs de projets pour la composante exploitabilité des nouvelles solutions IT, notamment dans l'analyse des exigences, ainsi que l'élaboration et la mise en oeuvre des concepts d'exploitation.
- Identifier, définir et modéliser les évolutions des actifs d'exploitation en cohérence avec les standards d'architecture du référentiel d'entreprise.
- Intervenir en fin de phase de réalisation des projets, en particulier au point de pré-production pour assurer la transition avec la phase de déploiement, mettre en place un dispositif de support au début de vie, une gestion de la backlog du nouveau système adapté au niveau de service et au contexte projet et assurer la conduite de changement vers les pilotes d'exploitation afin de minimiser les actes assurés en N2.
- Intervenir en 2ème niveau sur les incidents de production et les actes de production courante.
- Assurer, à la demande du chef de service/secteur ou d'un gestionnaire de services, des permanences dans le cadre des horaires standards.

- Assurer, à la demande du chef de service/secteur ou d'un gestionnaire de services des piquets et des interventions en dehors des horaires standards.
- A la demande des gestionnaires de services du "Run" (incidents d'exploitation, gestion de production IT et éditique), intervenir en 2ème niveau sur les incidents de production et les actes de production courante.
- Prendre en charge la coordination de changements : assurer les analyses d'impact, définir les chronogrammes et plans de retour arrière.
- Conduire et participer aux projets de "due diligence" (reprise d'exploitation).
- Conduire et participer aux projets du service Intégration visant à faire évoluer les outils et pratiques.
- Participer activement aux différentes actions d'amélioration continue des pratiques, outils, notamment afin de minimiser les interventions en "Run".

**Profil**:

- Compétences primordiales : plus de 6 années d'expérience
- Bonnes connaissances des métiers de la production informatique.
- Compréhension des architectures techniques et applicatives.
- Capacité à identifier les activités d'ingénierie d'intégration et d'exploitation en réponse à une requête de service et à estimer la charge de travail adéquat.
- Capacité à concevoir et à faire évoluer l'intégration et l'exploitation d'un système complexe ou d'une plateforme.
- Capacité à réaliser un schéma d'implémentation de l'infrastructure technique et applicative.
- Capacité à coordonner des ingénieurs sur des sujets complexes.
- Expérience dans l'animation d'un groupe d'architectes sur des prises d'initiatives et la mise en place d'une nouvelle solution.
- Bonnes connaissances des processus et bonnes pratiques ITIL v4 (validé par la certification ITIL V4) et plus spécifiquement dans le domaine Service Transition.
- Bonnes connaissances des principes du DevSecOps et des moyens de déploiement associés : Git, Ansible, GoCD.
- Bonne maîtrise de Windows serveur (2016, 2019 et 2022), et des environnements Linux/Unix.

Compétences importantes : plus de 4 années d'expérience
- Expérience d'un outil d'ordonnancement (conception d'un plan de production, réalisation de chaînes d'ordonnancement, suivi d’exécution), Control-M.
- Expérience d'un outil de surveillance applicative : Nagios, BSM, Splunk, Jmeter.
- Bonne maîtrise d'au moins deux des Middlewares suivant : Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, IIS.
- Compétences en automatisation des déploiements applicatifs : yaml, Ansible. - Bonnes connaissances en gestion de projet et coordination. - Bonne maîtrise du scripting shell (korn shell), Powershell.
- Expérience dans la conception d'exploitation sur les principes et outils associés à la containerisation : Docker, Helm, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Kustomize, GitLab CI/CD.
