Changeman V8.3 Administrator/integrator

**INTRODUCTION**:
For our client located in Bern we are looking for a motivated

**ChangeMan v8.3 Administrator/Integrator**:
The start date is 01.05.2024 and the contract is limited until 29.08.2024. The possibility of an extension will be contingent upon the project's development. This is a full/ part-time position (60-100%).

**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:

- Carry out an inventory of the current setup together with us
- Carry out administrator and product training tailored to our needs
- Support in cleaning up the current implementation (use standard functionality wherever possible)
- Support with minor upgrade to ChangeMan V8.3

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:

- Expert knowledge of the ChangeMan ZMF product with at least 3 years of practical experience as a ChangeMan Administrator/Integrator.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting inventories of current system configurations and implementing necessary improvements.
- Competence in providing tailored administrator and product training to meet the specific needs of the company.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions, preferring the use of standard functionality where possible.
- Experience in supporting cleanup efforts within the system to ensure optimal resource utilization and compliance with best practices.
- Involvement in previous upgrade projects, particularly to ChangeMan v8.3, comprehensive experience with the upgrade process and associated tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
- German (fluent, both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
