**Your mission**:

- Management and organization of multiple science and product development related projects in the interdisciplinary field of food technology, supply chain and process engineering.
- Execute operationally excellent trials and manage formulation changes with cross-functional teams.
- Interface with various suppliers and strategic procurement to help us find the coolest ingredients on the market.
- Investigate new natural ingredients (proteins, fibers, colors etc.) to see how they can be used to create exciting new products.
- Establish new ways of working to accelerate the transfer from science to product development to production.

**You**:

- 3-7 years of experience working with food ingredients, suppliers, product development, and/or scalable processes.
- Experience managing projects, mentoring, and/or leading teams.
- Knowledgeable about the structural/functional properties of different food ingredients.
- Comfortable working under pressure, unconventional scientific ideas, managing evolving projects, and with handling unfamiliar situations.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and oral. German is a big plus.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong personal networks both internally and externally.
