**Job Purpose**:
As an Internal Supervisor, you will need to work as part of the team, have professional customer service experience, understand the **money transfer industry** process in different countries and support your team and customers on a daily basis. Experience of identifying potential customer needs, qualifying their interest and viability, and building a relationship that will contribute to the sale would be essential for this role.

The employee will be responsible for supporting all Branch Managers in the German region and will therefore be required to travel frequently to all branches and, where necessary, throughout the company structure in other parts of the country, reporting directly to the Country Manager.

A fixed monthly travel allowance will also be paid to cover travel costs between branches.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday on a flexible basis.

The position reports to: Country Manager

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support the work of branch coordinators and lead customer problem solving efforts
- Identify internal shop floor procedural issues, resolve problems and provide guidance and solutions to assist employees
- Lead and encourage ownership of change efforts and all results
- Supervise, train, coach and develop the team of internal support specialists
- Co-ordinate with other departments/functional areas and specialist units to resolve complex employee issues where appropriate and escalate issues to corporate management where necessary
- Provide advice to all employees on products or services offered by the company
- Review and maintain documentation for each branch in accordance with the company's internal rules
- Provide support in all branch activities
- Keep up-to-date information on local competition efforts
- Promote teamwork within and outside the sales department
- Coordinate work schedules, holidays and absences between branches
- Maintain cash control of branches, report fraud or misconduct issues when identified
- Keep abreast of new products / services and new pricing plans / payers and rules
- Work with Sales Managers to ensure company objectives and targets are met.

**Essential professional skills**:

- Customer service orientated, with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent understanding of local compliance regulations
- At least one year's experience as a branch coordinator
- Understanding of sales performance measures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to pay attention to safety issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work calmly under pressure
- Attentive and patient
- Good numeracy and computer skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: English or German, Spanish and French.
