***Hauptaufgaben**:

- Die **Strategie** **des Supply Chain Managements** **definieren** und die **operative Umsetzung sicherstellen** (Einkauf Rohstoffe, Transportorganisation, Kostenrechnung, Inventory Management, Vertrags
- & Order Management, Customer Service, Logistik etc.)
- **Führung** des Teams (**6 Mitarbeitende**), personell, organisatorisch, sowie die zielgerichtete Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Die Einhaltung der Beschaffungs-Governance des Konzerns

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene **Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich** sowie **Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management**:

- Fundierte und **mehrjährige Erfahrung** in den Bereichen Logistik, Versand, Einkauf und Produktadministration
- Analytische, logische und methodische Denkweise
- Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in **Personalführung**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in SAP
- Sehr gute **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse** (in Wort und Schrift)
- Motivierte, engagierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
