Job Description Summary
- Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s), product line(s) or service(s), including product/service strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
- Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product/service positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
- Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product/service marketing plans.
- Confer with clients to provide marketing or technical advice. Monitor and analyse sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
- Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends, innovations, and changes that affect media planning.
- Formulate plans to extend business with established accounts and to transact business as agent for advertising accounts.
- Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff and customers.
- Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals.
- Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations.
- Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.

What do I need?
- You're an ambitious graduate in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing at Bachelor or Master level, with first work experience or previous internship. Of course, your communication, time-management and organisational skills are superb, together with the adaptability to multi-task under pressure. Your proactive, resourceful approach to a varied workload means you'll get involved in constantly evolving projects and your friendly, inquisitive style will help create important bonds with internal and external stakeholders.
- On the practical side, you're confident with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and have an eye for detail. You're probably excited by consumer electronics. One thing's for sure, you can work effectively across different cultures. You'll need excellent written and spoken German and you've made it this far, your English is, of course, exceptional.
