Stone Sourcing AG is proud to introduce this Agile Coach opportunity in the Wil area, St Gallen.

Our client is a Globally operating Swiss Lab-Tech manufacturer of 800+ employees, looking to add to their 35-strong software development team.

Tasks
- Coach agile teams in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Integrate related methodologies within the company
- Develop standards and requirements for the agile process
- Provide training to employees on the agile processes
- Help teams navigate agile tools and software
- Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in
- Support the Head of Software Engineering on the introduction of SAFe
- Training and coaching of SW Toolchain (Confluence, Azure DevOps)

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Ideally, some exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Familiarity with agile software development practices, including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and BizDevSecOps.
- Previous experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore models is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
