**Servicedesk Agent (m/w)**:

**Aufgaben**:

- Ansprechpartner IT-Anfragen und des 1st-Level-Support in Deutsch/Englisch
- Bearbeitung von Incidents
- Weiterleitung Tickets an die entsprechenden Fachgruppen
- Sicherstellung Infofluss bei Incidents
- Mitarbeit IT-Projekten
- Betreuung Lernende am Service Desk

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung EFZ
- Erfahrung im Service Desk zwingend notwendig
- Kenntnisse mit IT Service Management Tools
- fliessend Deutsche und Englische Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend
- genaue und effiziente Arbeitsweise
