- Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Produktvision
- Erstellung, Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
- Enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern zur Anforderungsdefinition
- Sicherstellen der Umsetzung agiler Methoden wie Scrum
- Moderation von Sprint-Planungen und Teilnahme an Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, etc.
- Definition von KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung und regelmäßige Überprüfung der Ziele
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Management

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Energietechnik oder einem ähnlichen Fach
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Tiefes Verständnis und Erfahrung im Einsatz agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban)
- Starke Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie analytisches und vernetztes Denken
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Zertifizierungen wie CSPO und Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
