As a** Chef de Rang** we will be responsible for the following** duties**:

- Professional advice and support for our guests on the rooftop bar
- Professional serving of food and drinks
- Excellent product and sales knowledge
- Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, in compliance with our quality standards
- Provision of the required mise en place
- Supporting the Rooftop Supervisor in the management of daily tasks
- Booking all sales in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash accounting
- Assisting with the preparation and implementation of special events
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines

We **expect** from you:

- A completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy. Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Good IT skills, knowledge of the Infrasys cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
