- Your role in our team**How would you like to spend your weekdays?**

**Project Work**: You'll lead implementation projects for our products in the domains of clinical evaluation, PMCF, and PMS in close collaboration with one of our Solution Architects. This includes process consulting and workshops to derive implementation requirements.

**Process Expert**: You'll continuously educate yourself in relevant areas and contribute your QM/RA expertise to customer projects and internal product development.

**Product Development**: You'll work closely with our product development team to continuously expand our product portfolio and assist with product validation.
- Your personality and your skills**Must-have**:

- Fun at work, humor, humanity, curiosity, openness
- Several years of experience with processes/documents for clinical evaluation, PMCF, and PMS for medical devices: understanding the daily struggle of our customers with Word/Excel is a key requirement
- Structured thinking and the ability to recognize and visualize dependencies/relationships
- Solution-oriented approach with an eye for detail and quality
- Self-organized work structure (remote work) and ability to prioritize
- Confident appearance
- Excellent communication skills in German and English

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in (QM/RA) consulting
- Experience with different types of medical devices
- Knowledge of interface processes such as product development according to ISO 13485 or risk management according to ISO 14971
- Experience with clinical investigations/PMCF studies
- Further training in moderation (workshops/meetings)
- Experience with Polarion or other software tools (data-based working)
- Experience in working with international teams
