**Global Junior Property & Casualty Insurance Manager (80%-100%)**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
In this role you support the Global Property & Casualty Insurance Manager regarding all global insurance programs and the renewals of them for the Schindler Group. You also help to manage independently specific local Swiss insurance policies and regular insurance reporting requirements.

Main challenges include:

- Support and cooperation in renewals of global insurance programs (liability, PI, PD & BI, CAR & EAR, transport, and financial lines insurances)
- Management and optimisation of local Swiss insurance policies
- Administration of insurance related matters and support of the local country organisations
- Collecting and preparing renewal information and documentation
- Creating reports and conducting analyses
- Supporting or leading special projects related to processes, standardisation, and digitisation in connection with Global Insurance as well as Group initiatives
- Supporting the administration of the Schindler Captive Insurance Company.

Further requirements may include:

- Commercial apprenticeship in the insurance industry or certified Insurance Specialist or Insurance Broker
- Several years of experience in the national or international insurance business in an insurance company or within an insurance broker organisation or within a corporate group
- Interest in digital topics and good knowledge of IT tools (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Very good German and English languages skills
