Revisione dei bilanci consolidati e individuali secondo i principi contabili internazionali e nazionali (RVB-FINMA, IFRS e CO) presso i nostri clienti

Revisione dei controlli interni per i processi aziendali chiave, che vanno dai pagamenti elettronici, ai prestiti ipotecari, alla valutazione di strumenti finanziari fino alla preparazione dei bilanci consolidati e individuali

Assunzione di responsabilità per la compliance con i requisiti legali e regolamentari

Partecipazione a revisioni speciali che, oltre alla revisione dei bilanci consolidati e individuali, trattano anche questioni normative

Assunzione di responsabilità per la pianificazione dell'impiego e gestire il personale negli incarichi di revisione

Bachelor o Master in Business Administration

Diploma Svizzero di esperto contabile o formazione/certificazione comparabile

4-5 anni di esperienza nella revisione contabile per banche e asset manager attivi a livello nazionale e internazionale

Alcuni anni di esperienza nella gestione di incarichi e team di revisione contabile

Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese

Capacità di motivare i propri dipendenti e aiutarli a crescere professionalmente

Sostenere gli altri membri del team nell'adozione di nuove tecnologie, sistemi e processi

Applicare uno stile di lavoro flessibile e agile per sviluppare ed espandere l'offerta di servizi ai clienti
