**What we are looking for**:
We are now looking for a hands-on accounting leader who will have overall responsibility for the group accounting function, reporting to the VP of Finance. The Head of Group Accounting understands that day-to-day accounting is performed by processes, integrations and tools and not by manual input. In other words we consider leveraging ERPs and other tools to your advantage to be a crucial skill in today’s accounting. We are looking for someone who thrives in leading a mix of in-house and outsourced accountants as one team and is motivated to scale our accounting capabilities in a growing and increasingly financially complex Natural Cycles.

**What you will be doing**:
- Own the group accounting function and relationship with auditors. Manage in-house accountants & accounting firms, who handle day-to-day bookkeeping, and their processes
- Own month-end close, year-end close and annual audit, incl. compiling income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Own the financial relationship between all three legal entities in the group, incl. consolidation of group, inter-company transactions, reconciliations, etc
- Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Playing a key role in reporting accurate and timely figures
- Leverage the functionality of existing ERP-system to improve processes, from time to time in collaboration with other teams, e.g. Product, Supply chain, etc
- Overall responsibility for tax and VAT obligations
- Support in mitigating financial risks and FX risks
**What skills and experience we think you have**:
- Strong accounting background and finance system expertise
- Strong understanding of Swedish GAAP [K3] and/or Swiss GAAP [FER], depending on location
- Preference for scalable solutions & processes in the of reporting accurate and timely figures
- Understanding of and experience in establishing best accounting practices
- Strong Excel skills
- Driven, independent, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Genuine interest for Natural Cycles’ business and mission.
