**Your challenge****:
In your role as Scrum Master, you are a supportive leader within the Backoffice and Payment team with the challenge of constantly optimising teamwork. These are your tasks:

- You will support the team in identifying and removing obstacles and finding productive solutions
- Taking over the organisation and moderation of ceremonies
- Promoting transparent communication within the team and with other stakeholders to ensure clear visibility of work progress and challenges
- Supporting the product owner in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog
- Coach the team in self-organisation, collaboration and personal development

**Your profile****:

- Professional e
- perience as a Scrum Master, ideally in the financial services industry with Avaloq know-how, supplemented by sound knowledge of Scrum
- Certification as a Scrum Master E
- cellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (user stories, definition of done, backlog refinement) E
- cellent communication and coaching skills and the ability to interact effectively with different personalities at all levels
- Passion for the implementation of agile methods and orientation towards the big picture High level of initiative, ability to work in a team and fle
- ibility
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
