**HR Assistant**

**Temporary contract **/ Glion, Switzerland

**Qualification and Professional Experience**:

- CFC employé/e de commerce or equivalent
- HR certification "certificat d'assistant/e en gestion du personnel"
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience (administration, recruitments, payroll), preferably within an international/educational environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Good writing skills
- Knowledge of Swiss employment law, social security, tax and payroll
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding administrative and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task, flexible
- Ability to manage stress and deadlines
- Detail oriented, thriving for quality
- Diplomatic, honest, and customer oriented, able to create positive working relationships with all levels of hierarchy

As **HR Assistant**, your main tasks will be to:

- Prepare all contractual documents for employees linked to the different stages and events of the employee life cycle, in English and French
- Be in charge of time-management follow ups and various matters (vacation, accident, illness, maternity, etc.)
- Coordinate the monthly payroll data transfer: collect the necessary documents and ensure the accuracy of the data in the payroll system; liaise with the Payroll Officer and the HR team
- Prepare general HR correspondences in French and English
- Help with the preparation of monthly HR newsletter
- Manage all the administrative tasks related to the recruitment process (job adverts, CV screening, phone interviews, reference check, etc.)
- Liaise with the regional unemployment office in regard to specific positions to publish
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data in all relevant HR databases
- Take an active part in the life of staff events and help the HR team for the organization (birthday celebration, induction, staff event, open discussions, etc.)

Additional information:

- Full time contract from 21.08.2023 to 24.12.2023
- Position based in Glion, with regular travels to our Bulle campus
