**Position Summary**

As a **Climate Lead**, you will join our Global Sustainability Department to drive Nespresso agenda in reaching its goal towards Net Zero and being a recognized leader in addressing climate change. Your responsibility will be to design the strategy, coordinate projects across the entire organization, and implement relevant climate smart solutions.
**A Day in the Life of a Climate Lead**
- Define, adjust, and update the Nespresso's Net Zero Roadmap for 2030/2050 in compliance with GHG Guidelines and Protocols.
- Identify and consolidate carbon reduction removal projects across the organization to meet Nespresso’s Net Zero targets.
- Equip the organization with the right carbon accounting tools to secure Net Zero commitment delivery.
- Build the required partnerships to achieve reductions removals in Nespresso Supply Chains.
- Lead Climate governance, track progress, and close gaps to targets.
- Act as the agent of change and engage with the entire organization to embed the mindsets, behaviors and ways of working that drive lasting reductions.
- Establish a network of Climate champions to help cascade change within the organization.
- Represent Nespresso in internal and external forums related to Climate in general to support communications and leadership positioning.
**What will make you successful**
- Master’s degree or equivalent with a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility as a plus.
- Strong project management experience in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Previous experience in Sustainability and Climate strategy development: carbon accounting, sustainable sourcing, agroforestry
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and leading change management.
- Collaborative experience with external stakeholders.
- Systemic thinking and ability to translate big picture into practical guidance.
- Understanding of the importance of preserving customers’ trust.
- Full command of written and oral English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese as a plus.
