**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Regional Controlling: This involves overseeing the financial performance of seven regions with an international focus, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and risk management
- Commercial Area Controlling: This involves managing financial performance in central commercial areas and ensuring financial controls are in place to support business operations
- Business Performance Reviews and reporting: This includes conducting performance reviews in the commercial area, analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management
- Strategy Development: This involves supporting the CFO and the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) in developing the company's strategic plan, including analyzing financial data, using market research and preparing and overseeing business cases and portfolio simulations
- Controlling Tools Development: This includes identifying opportunities to improve existing controlling tools and developing new tools to enhance the company's financial performance
- Personal and professional leadersip of the Product Innovation Controller

**Requirements, Qualifications, Experience**:

- You have a degree in business studies and several (approx. 10) years of experience in business controlling, preferably in an international context and in the FMCG environment
- You possess strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with high social competence and a service-oriented attitude
- You are an independent and responsible individual with a hands-on mentality and the ability to think entrepreneurially
- You also have good BI user skills, excellent MS Office skills and stylistically confident German and business fluent English skills
- Moreover, you are personally motivated to work in a value-oriented company and have an interest in natural cosmetics, which is desirable in the context of the company's culture and values
