Surveillance Operations

**Your field of responsibility**
Surveillance Issues Management, Metrics and Reporting team, part of Global Surveillance Operations, is responsible for oversight and execution of Surveillance Issue Management Program and Surveillance Metrics & Reporting Program globally. The team is working closely with Surveillance Management team as well as various stakeholders across various business lines and divisions to ensure:
- Ongoing engagement with Reg. Affairs, Internal and External Audit, including and front to back management of multiple audit and regulatory inquiries.
- Oversight of issue remediation plans, ensuring challenge protocols are applied prior to closure.
- Oversight of Key Controls, working closely with Control Owners and Global Head of Surveillance to ensure controls are designed and operating effectively.
- Reporting on surveillance outcomes to senior Business Partners within Compliance, Non-Financial Risk and Business.
- Reporting on key performance and risk indicators to allow to monitor for any emerging risks.
- Model Risk Management (MRM) oversight including model attestations, documentation uplift and validation process.

**Your skills and experience**
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in Control Function with Issues Management and/or MI & Reporting is an advantage
- Dedicated with strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables
- Attention to detail and high quality standards of work delivered
- Ability to communicate effectively through presentation and individual discussions at all corporate levels
- Ability to articulate potential risks in a concise manner, based on data / materials available
- Willingness to question and challenge the status quo and ability to provide alternative approaches
- Ability to coordinate alignment across regions to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Demonstrate high conduct and behavior standards, relevant to mitigate operational risk related to inadequate or failed procedures, systems or policies
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of Tableau Desktop / data analytics tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, German is an advantage
