Your tasks
- Member of the Executive Board and responsible for the management of the site in Sevelen with regard to legal, fiscal and financial aspects
- Planning, coordination and ensuring the production of the plant in optimal expression of the factors of quality, cost and time
- Full responsibility for results (CM2, EBIT, cash flow, net profit)
- Developing, setting up and establishing a strategy for the production site in coordination with the business unit's strategy
- Continuous development and updating of an investment plan as well as personnel planning
- Monthly reporting to management regarding achievement of KPI's and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance of all operational business according to Autoneum Policy as well as applicable laws
- Creating and ensuring a safe and non-hazardous working environment in compliance with the laws in force
- Responsible for building cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives
- Coaching of the team with regard to a continuous improvement process and lean manufacturing (APS)
- Coaching and development of own employees
- Continuous improvement of the cost structure of manufacturing
- Planning and coordination of the required budgets and investment plans
- Responsible for budgeting, rolling forecast (ROF) and reporting of any variances in collaboration with Finance & Controlling
- Responsible for communication and information exchange at the site

Your qualifications
- Degree (Master, BA in engineering or business administration)
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with experience managing across multiple hierarchies
- Experience in the automotive supply industry
- Experience managing within a dynamic matrix organization and successfully enforcing business decisions on the ground in a results-oriented manner
- Resilient track record in organizing, planning, managing, and continuously optimizing operational processes, as well as a deep analytical understanding of business KPIs
- Strong and inspiring leader who fosters teamwork, develops people and engages in networking and collaboration at management levels
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and its elements
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
