Client Account Manager:in Financial Institutions

Die Organisationseinheit Financial Institutions verantwortet, steuert und koordiniert in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen wie dem Handel, Trade und Export Finance, dem Asset Management, der Abwicklung oder dem Zahlungsverkehr die internationalen Geschäftsbeziehungen der Zürcher Kantonalbank zu Banken, Brokern, Asset Managern und anderen Finanzinstituten. Die ausgeschriebene Funktion beinhaltet Account-Management und Support-Aufgaben. Dabei unterstützt du die Kundenbetreuer und Kundenbetreuerinnen in der Administration, im Benutzer-Support der Risikosysteme, im Vertragswesen, im internen Kontrollsystem sowie im KYC In
- und Outbound Prozess. Zudem verantwortest du die Umsetzung, Einhaltung und Überwachung regulatorischer, aufsichtsrechtlicher sowie interner und geschäftspolitischer Vorgaben für das Kundensegment Banken & Financial Institutions.

- Proaktive Mitwirkung beim KYC In
- und Outbound Prozess im Zusammenhang mit unseren internationalen Banken & Financial Institutions
- Proaktives Mitwirken bei den Risiko-Prozessen für die Gegenparteien
- und Länderlimiten
- Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer:innen im Tagesgeschäft
- Bearbeitung von internen und externen Anfragen und Aufträgen in der Kundenadministration, in der Transaktionsabwicklung sowie in der Rechnungsstellung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der internen Richtlinien/Weisungen sowie gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Kundensegment Banken & Financial Institutions mittels Führung des internen Kontrollsystems
- Leistung von Benutzer-Support für die betreuten Systeme (intern/extern) und Schnittstellenfunktion zur Informatik

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Ausbildung in General
- oder International Management, Banking und Finance (HF, FH, Uni) oder in Ausbildung dazu
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Financial Institutions oder mit institutionellen Kunden inkl. KYC und Compliance
- Kundenorientierte, belastbare Persönlichkeit, die lösungsorientiert ist und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein hat
- Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil (Französisch, Spanisch)
