Au sein d’une brigade d’intervention à **Lausanne**, vous serez amené à lutter activement contre le chapardage en assurant la surveillance par vidéo et en prévenant les actes malveillants. Vous serez amenés à rédiger des rapports d’incidents et serez en étroite collaboration avec la direction de l’établissement, les forces de l’ordre ainsi que le chargé de sécurité de l’enseigne.

Your mission
- Anti-chapardage et remplaçant chargé de sécurité
Lutter activement contre le chapardage
- Assurer la vidéosurveillance et la prévention des actes de malveillance
- Rédiger des rapports d’incident et collaborer étroitement avec la direction du centre commercial et les forces de l’ordre
- Remplacé le Chargé de Sécurité de l’établissement en son absence
- Assurer une présence discrète mais efficace dans le magasin

Required profile

**Vous êtes**
- At least 20 years old
- Domicilié idéalement dans la région Lausannoise
- Holder of a firearms license or able to pass it quickly
- Driving license B with no history of withdrawal, suspension or offenses
- Enduring, neat and of excellent presentation, you have a sense of hospitality
- Swiss nationality, C permit or CE/EFTA national
- Clean criminal record, no prosecution, no ADB
- Impeccable morality

**Vous avez**
- Une expérience avérée dans le domaine de la sécurité et de la lutte contre le chapardage
- Une maîtrise des outils de surveillance vidéo.
- Une excellentes compétences en gestion des conflits et en désescalade verbale
- Une bonne maîtrise du français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Une bonne capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
