Der Standort in Visp, Schweiz wächst kontinuierlich und für unsere Biologics Organisation sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem/einer Betriebschemiker/ Biotechnologen/ Verfahrenstechniker für unseren BioConjugates Betrieb zur Unterstützung des MSAT Teams bei Fragen bezüglich der Anlagenreinigung.

Lonza hat beträchtliche Erfolge in der Herstellung von Bio-Konjugaten vorzuweisen, von klinischen Frühphasen-Projekten bis hin zur grosstechnischen kommerziellen Produktion. Unsere eigens hierfür errichtete Protein Conjugation Plant (PCP) ist allgemein als Kompetenzzentrum für Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) aber auch für andere Bio-Konjugate anerkannt. Wir erleben derzeit eine stark steigende Nachfrage in diesem Bereich und bauen als Teil des Lonza Ibex® Dedicate Modells neue Bio-Konjugat Produktionssuiten auf. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde eigens die BioConjugates MSAT (Manufacturing, Science & Technology) Gruppe ins Leben gerufen. Sie werden eine wichtige Rolle im Netzwerk und bei der Kommunikation der verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle spielen. Ihre Aufgaben:

- Sie sind Teil des MSAT Teams und erfüllen die Aufgaben eines reinigungsverantwortlichen Chemikers (m/w/d) im Tagesgeschäft
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem verantwortlichen Projektteam (Betriebschemiker, Anlagemeister, Engineering, QA, QC) und Gewährleistung einer kontinuierlichen und konzeptionellen Prozessoptimierung bzgl. aller Reinigungsabläufe; dies schliesst sowohl Single-Use
- als auch Multipurpose-Anlagen zur Herstellung verschiedener Krebstherapeutika im Betrieb PCP (Protein Conjugation Plant) und in unseren Ibex® Suiten ein
- Bearbeitung der Vorschriften und Arbeitsdokumente (SOPs, MCRs) betreffend Reinigungsprozessen der Anlagen
- Teilnahme bei Audits und Inspektionen unserer Kunden oder der zuständigen Behörden
- Unterstützung der Projektteams bei der Vorbereitung, Dokumentation oder Bearbeitung von Abweichungen sowie bei fachlichen Fragen bezüglich Reinigungsabläufe
- Möglichkeit zum Ausbau der Kompetenzen mit Hinblick auf Personalführung/ Stellvertretung des Teamleiters

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- PhD, MSc, BSc in Chemie/ Verfahrenstechnik/ Biotechnologie an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vergleichbarer Abschluss oder HF mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrungen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion und im GMP Umfeld
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie sowie hohe Motivation und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Grosse Eigeninitiative und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Offenheit für kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse
