Within Solution Management we are responsible for the success of our solutions in the market and for the evolving strategic growth opportunity. We are responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and innovative development of Celonis solutions. Solution Management maintains contact with important internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of our solutions.
**The Role**:
Today, Celonis’ proposition is closely aligned with line-of-business stakeholders (i.e. Head of Supply Chain, VP Finance, Head of Procurement). As we continue to grow the footprint of our product with existing customers and land larger deals, it is essential for Celonis to align fully with the priorities and objectives of IT departments.
This role will be responsible for developing Celonis’ platform strategy, narrative, and strategic roadmap to address an executive IT audience and find its place in the IT stacks of the world's largest enterprises. This will ultimately enable Celonis to scale the adoption of Celonis as a platform.
We are looking for a Solution Management Principal to develop and drive our platform strategy for IT stakeholders at our customers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs).
**The work you’ll do**:
- Lead the development and execution of a solution strategy for IT, including
- Establish a clear understanding of how Celonis is perceived today by IT stakeholders and the challenges they face.
- Define a strategy for how Celonis should address IT requirements and how Celonis should position within the future IT stack.
- Engage closely with other functions (GTM, Product Marketing, Labs) to develop and align the solution strategy, positioning, and roadmap.
- Consolidate trends in technology and industry, market research data, and customer requirements to define areas of future growth for Celonis within IT.
- Develops strategies for solutions/solution groups and validate these with the market (i.e. analysts)
- Supervise strategic deals/customers & participate in active customer communities (including at our global events)
- Develops and drive solution roadmaps including the associated revenue plans.
- Creates business cases that support strategy implementation.
**The qualifications you need**:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or CS preferred.
- Strong Experience in working closely with product marketing functions
- Strong familiarity with the current trends in Enterprise IT (Composability, Integration, CIO trends)
- Understanding of enterprise software sales preferred (B2B SaaS)
- Ability to read Market and Technology trends and understand revenue growth plans
- Great communicator across different stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and work with diverse groups of Technologies, Business People, and product managers
- Pragmatic, lateral thinker with a hands-on execution approach.
