**Job Description**:
Logistics Supervisor - EIMEA

SUMMARY:
The Logistics Supervisor EIMEA is responsible for monitoring the third-party logistics (3PL) providers’ performances and supporting any initiative to ensure the availability of spare parts within EIMEA logistics network to support the Service Delivery organization.

The incumbent will coordinate periodic reviews with the 3PL providers and attend management meetings to identify trends, issues, and associated root causes. This position requires strong data analytics skills and a high degree of independence and initiative associated with that.

REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:
This position reports to the Senior Customer & Logistics Support Manager EIMEA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3PL MANAGEMENT
- Act as the primary point of contact and foster close relationship with 3PL providers and manage their performance (warehousing, inbounding, On Time Delivery, RMA Pickup)
- Ensure 3PL suppliers have the proper interactions with Operations and Finance departments and monitor claims management.
- Review and suggest warehousing strategy for spare parts to maximize level of service across the region.
- Coordinate and develop regional standardization with reporting, scorecards and performance trending used for data driven decisions and corrective actions.
- Manage invoices approval and cost saving initiatives.

SERVICE PARTS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Support Headquarters to monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while maximizing the order fill rate across the EIMEA region. This includes monitoring stock levels, reducing excess inventory, and implementing inventory control measures.
- Manage periodic and physical cycle counts for all EIMEA stocking locations.
- Lead annual financial audits linked to the inventory process count.
- Monitor incoming replenishment and fulfillment rate in EIMEA Hub & RSLs

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Synchronizes the EIMEA Logistics activities with the Global organization to ensure operational coordination. Provides support to Headquarters in deploying new global initiatives in the EIMEA region.
- Ensures all regulatory and compliance measures, as well as import requirements, are met within company and global guidelines.
- Master data maintenance for EIMEA region (optimizing logistic sourcing)
- Develop channel of communication with Service Delivery to gather directly Voice Of Customer and provide regular updates on Supply Chain performance and ongoing projects.
- Reverse logistic monitoring and management.
- Drive Supply Chain continuous improvement within the region in collaboration with QA department
- Support ERP improvements by providing guidance based on Supply Chain best practice.
- The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs._

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree required with a master’s degree preferred or other qualifications with significant related work experience in an international environment (5 years’ experience minimum).
- Fluent in French and English, any other language is a plus.
- Professional experience with 3PL provider (2 years’ experience minimum).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mastering of MS Excel a must.
- ERP literate, ideally with SAP.
- International Supply Chain/Logistics experience in the medical device industry, or similarly regulated industry.
- Experience in audit processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated success creating and implementing internal processes and controls in a Service organization.
- Proven ability to operationally understand how to translate the strategic into day-to-day operations.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, including ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments independent of direct supervision is preferred.

- A positive, outgoing attitude and ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company’s infrastructure and build solid trusting relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external).
