AGROLINE gehört zur fenaco, fördert die nachhaltige Produktion von gesunden CH-Lebensmitteln, um den Anforderungen der Gesellschaft - an eine nachhaltige CH-Produktion - gerecht zu werden. Der Bereich «Service (Beratung)» steht der ÖLN- und Bio-Landwirtschaft kompetent mit innovativen Dienstleistungen/Pflanzenschutzlösungen zur Verfügung. AGROLINE Bioprotect in Aesch BL entwickelt und vertreibt biologische Lösungen und Produkte.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Umsetzung der Agroline Strategie im Bereich Innovationen
- Generieren von Ideen und Verhandlungen mit Start-Ups/Lieferanten im Bereich innovativer Technologien
- Durchführung sowie Begleitung von Versuchen und Forschungsprojekten in der Proof of Concept Phase
- Unterstützung des Innovationsteams in der Pilot
- und Scale-up-Phasen in der Region Mittelland
- Enger Kontakt mit Forschungsinstitutionen und Behörden zur Validierung der -Technologien und möglicher Förderungsprogrammen
- Unterstützung im Bereich Marketing sowie Aufbereitung der Vereinbarungen und Kundenbetreuung mit unseren Partnern
- Wissensvermittlung und Austausch innerhalb des Departements Pflanzenbau sowie der fenaco Landi Gruppe

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in der Grünen Branche (Gemüsegärtner od. Landwirt mit Meisterprüfung, Agrartechniker oder Agronom/Biologe/Natur
- wissenschaftler)
- Ausbildung oder Kenntnisse im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation von Vorteil
- Gute schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sprachgewandt und rechtschreibsicher in Deutsch, Grundkenntnisse in Französisch
- Freude an eigenständiger und verantwortungsbewusster Arbeit
- Belastbar, sorgfältige und gleichzeitig effiziente Vorgehensweise
