**Business Intern / Praktikum (Mit der Option auf Festanstellung)**
**Arbeitsort: Bahnhofstrasse Zürich**

Wir suchen eine motivierte Quereinsteigerin für ein Praktikum als Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung mit dem Schwerpunkt Ausbildungsthemen. In dieser Position unterstützt du die Geschäftsführung in administrativen, organisatorischen, strategischen und ausbildungsbezogenen Aufgaben. Wir bieten dir ein dynamisches und junges Team, in dem du von erfahrenen Kollegen unterstützt wirst und dich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln kannst.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Ausbildungsveranstaltungen, Workshops und Seminaren
- Übernahme von Recherchearbeiten und Erstellung von Ausbildungsunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Ausbildungskonzepten und -programmen
- Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung der Ausbildungsqualität und -effektivität
- Unterstützung des Teams bei Bedarf

Als Quereinsteigerin erhältst du bei uns die Möglichkeit, den Einstieg in das Büro zu finden und dich in den Bereichen Administration und Ausbildung weiterzuentwickeln.
