**Your challenge****:
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Credit Service Manager im Liechtensteiner Hypothekarbereich. In dieser Funktion fungieren Sie als kompetentes Bindeglied zwischen der Kreditabteilung und der Kundenberatung.
- Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen unter anderem Abschluss und Verlängerungen von Fest
- und Liborhypotheken
- Breite administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Liechtensteiner Hypotheken und Kredite (u.a. Wiedervorlagen, Ablösungen, Abwicklung Festhypotheken, Erledigung Grundbuchformalitäten, etc.)
- Unterstützung der Kreditberater in allen Bereichen in Zusammenhang mit Kundenbeziehungen
- Telefonischer und schriftlicher Verkehr mit Grundbuchämtern, Kundenberater und Kunden
- Betreuung der Lernenden als Praxisausbildner/in

**Your profile****:
Für diese Position wenden wir uns an eine vertrauenswürdige und integre Persönlichkeit mit folgendem Profil:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Bankbranche mit einer Affinität zur Kreditabwicklung
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Hypotheken/Kredite (Kreditadministration)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MLDS und Avaloq von Vorteil
- Engagierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
- Ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sowie einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Interesse und Bereitschaft für die Ausbildung von Lernenden
- Ausbildung zum Praxisausbildner von Vorteil
