**Dein Bereich **Helvetia sucht einen motivierten Head Strategy & Business Development (w/m/d) für den Konzernbereich Asset Management. Als Direct Report des Group Chief Investment Officer bist Du mit Deinen Team-MitgliederInnen für die Leitung wichtiger strategischer und wachstumsorientierten Initiativen und Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung von Helvetia Asset Management verantwortlich. Du verantwortest die Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Asset Management Kompetenzen innerhalb des Konzerns und im europäischen Markt. Dies in enger Abstimmung mit dem Group CIO und Senior Management. Mit Deinem Team zeichnest Du Dich zudem verantwortlich für die effektive Umsetzung von Change-Management und der Erreichung der strategischen Ziele der Asset Management Organisation.

**Deine Verantwortung
- Verantwortlich für die strategische und konzeptionelle Ausarbeitung der funktionalen Strategie für den Konzernbereich Helvetia Asset Management sowie deren Umsetzung über Business Initiativen und Projekte
- Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der nationalen und europäischen Geschäftsfelder (z.B. Manager Selektion, Multi-Assets, alternative Anlagestrategien und Private Markets aufbauend auf Hypotheken, Immobilien, etc.). Dazu gehören auch Markt
- und Peer-Studien sowie die Ableitung von strategischen und taktischen Massnahmen sowie deren Umsetzungen
- Unterstützung des Group CIOs bei der strategischen, finanziellen und operativen Steuerung des Konzernbereiches (z.B. Rahmen für die interne und externe Berichterstattung/ Kommunikation, die Überwachung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie von Business/Change Initiativen, Administration von Gremien, und ad hoc Aufgaben und Analysen)
- Verantwortlich für die Themen "Innovation, Kooperationen und Partnerships" mit internen wie externen Partnern und Mandanten sowie Leitung und Begleitung verschiedener Initiativen zusammen mit internen Stakeholdern aus der Helvetia Gruppe
- Verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Überwachung der Strategieumsetzung, über Business Initiativen. Dazu gehört auch eine effiziente Allokation von finanziellen und personellen Ressourcen zur Erreichung der definierten Ambitionen
- Leitung von Teams mit Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kompetenzen und des bestehenden Kundengeschäftes sowie Förderung und Motivation dieser Teams, um hervorragende und ergebnisorientierte Lösungen in einer hohen Qualität zu erreichen

**Deine Qualifikation
- Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem anderen relevanten Bereich - zusätzliche berufliche Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil (z.B. MBA, CFA oder ähnliche Zusatzabschlüsse)
- Mind. 7-10 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Strategieentwicklung und Umsetzung im Themenfeld internationales Asset & Wealth Management
- Nachweisliche Führung und Mitarbeit bei grossen und komplexen Geschäftsentwicklungen mit interdisziplinären Teams in einem agilen europäischen Marktumfeld mit disruptiven Veränderungen
- Alternativ mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Strategie-/ Business-Consulting-Rolle im Asset Management bei einer Top-Tier Strategieberatung oder Global Advisory Firm (Big4) mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Transformationsmanagement
- Ausgezeichnete Organisations
- und Führungsfähigkeiten, um in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Chief Investment Officer und Senior Management die verschiedenen Themen zur Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen und -felder voranzubringen
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Fähigkeit, strategische Themen zu analysieren, strukturieren und selbständig voranzutreiben und mit den wichtigen internen/ externen Partnern abzustimmen und optimale Lösungen zu erreichen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie starke Anwendungskenntnisse in Excel/ Power Point und anderen Tools zur Ausarbeitung und Präsentation von strategischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Hohe Affinität und Passion für Markt
- und Technologie-Entwicklungen im Asset Management sowie Kenntnisse der grössten Asset Management Business
- und Technologie-Plattformen und deren Implementierung von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung und Bereitschaft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams, dem Group Chief Investment Officer und Mitarbeitenden des Bereichs vor Ort in Basel zu sein mind. 60%)
