**Der Energiehandel der BKW kümmert sich um die kurz
- und langfristigen Handelsgeschäfte und sorgt für eine möglichst effiziente Nutzung von Strom. In unserem 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm lernst du die verschiedenen Facetten des Energiehandels kennen. Das Programm startet am 1. September 2024.**

**Deine Aufgaben**

Asset Optimisation
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Bewirtschaftung von flexiblen Kraftwerken sowie bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Hedgingstrategien.
- Deine Ideen sind gefragt zur Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Tools, um das Tagesgeschäft übersichtlicher und effizienter zu gestalten.

Intraday und Regelenergiemärkte
- Zusammen mit erfahrenen Intraday-Tradern kannst du aktiv an den europäischen Intraday
- und Kapazitätsmärkten teilnehmen.
- Du hilfst mit, Vermarktungsmodelle und -algorithmen im Kurzfristhandel zu entwickeln und Gebotsstrategien für die Regelenergiemärkte umzusetzen.

Profit Assessment Handel
- Du arbeitest mit bei der Plausibilisierung von Erfolgskennzahlen des Handels und berätst die Händler:innen in Ertragsentwicklungsfragen.
- Du führst Monitorings im Handelsgeschäft durch und leitest Massnahmen ab. Zudem betreust du die täglichen Bewertungsprozesse.

**Das bringst du mit**
- In deinem Studium der Naturwissenschaft, Elektro
- oder Maschineningenieurswissenschaft oder Betriebswirtschaft hast du dir ausgeprägte quantitative Fähigkeiten angeeignet und möchtest diese nun praktisch anwenden.
- Dein analytisch-systematisches Denken und deine hohe Eigeninitiative hilft dir, dich rasch im neuen Umfeld einzubringen.
- Erste Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung von Programmiersprachen wie Python sind ein Plus.
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und bringst sehr gute Englisch
- und idealerweise Französischkenntnisse mit.
