Analytical Project Manager

To strengthen its "R&D Analytics & Characterization" sector, our partner, a top-biopharma company based in Martigny is looking for an Analytical Project Manager

**Tasks**:

- Manage the projects for which he/she is responsible in accordance with the PMO standards in place (Projects involving small molecules, peptides, or macromolecules)
- Ensure the coordination of analytical activities in the different projects
- Provide scientific support and coordinate the development of analytical methods to the appropriate quality level (from discovery to clinical phases)
- Ensure the transfer of analytical methods to the Quality Control laboratories
- Provide expertise in the analysis and characterization of macromolecules (e.g. RNA, DNA, mAb, ADC...). Identify the necessary analyses, compile and interpret the results
- Ensure the technological watch and the implementation of new analytical techniques in order to improve the expertise/performance of the laboratory in the field of analysis/characterization of macromolecules
- Write various protocols and development reports.

**Your profile**:

- Ph.D in pharmaceutical analysis with minimum 3 years experience in Research & Development in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of analytical requirements for the different phases of drug development (from pre-clinical to clinical phases)
- Good scientific knowledge in the analysis and characterization of macromolecules including formulated and non-formulated AxN (DNA, RNA)
- Knowledge in the characterization of ADC and Antibodies would be a plus.
- Autonomy, flexibility, organization, professional awareness and communication skills
- Precision, discipline and team spirit
- Good command of the usual computer tools and English.
