Au sein du département Maintenance sur le site du Locle. Vous serez chargé(e) d’éviter les pannes en assurant un suivi régulier des machines et équipements ainsi que de réaliser des interventions de maintenance pour résoudre les différentes pannes et problèmes mécanique, hydraulique/pneumatique et électrique.
Au sein de Jabil Healthcare Le Locle, nous produisons des implants médicaux. Nos équipements de production sont donc variés : Grand parc CNC (FANUC), ateliers finishing comprenant des machines d’assemblage automatique, laser, lavage, etc..
Votre mission principale sera de:
- Diagnostiquer et contrôler les machines, installations et équipements
- Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et curative
- Maîtriser les logiciels de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur
- Travailler en équipe, communiquer l’avancement des diagnostics, actions réalisées
- Organiser et programmer les activités et opérations de maintenance réalisées en interne et/ou avec des intervenants externes
- Investiguer, travailler avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes pour résoudre les pannes complexes. (Démarche Problem Solving)
- Respecter les procédures de qualité rigoureuses de l’industrie médicale et respecter les règles de sécurité
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue sur le champ de la maintenance
- Gérer l'inventaire des installations et des pièces, outils et équipements d'entretien
- Suivre le stock des pièces de maintenance et faire les demandes d’approvisionnement Profil
- Technicien Maintenance avec une expérience notable dans le domaine des équipements électromécaniques dans un environnement de fabrication
- De profil électromécanicien avec de solides connaissances en automatisme
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Outils Excel, GMAO, programmes des équipements etc)
- Autonome, curieux, rigoureux et dynamique Durée CD
