**Job description**:
- CRM implementation and integration with relevant databases : developments planning, testing and release
- Daily support to local markets in order to ensure the good quality of the database
- Identify customer journeys and define relevant audiences to create an engaging experience and coordinate the mailing calendar with the marketing team
- Plan and execute our weekly customer contact communications and ensure timely scheduling of all campaigns
**Profile**:
- Bachelor degree in Economics
- Experience using CRM tools (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Strong organizational skills, meet deadlines
- Creative problem-solving abilities and details oriented
- Proactive attitude and customer service excellence focused
- Fluent in French and English, any additional languages are an asset
