**Your role**:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Strategic Alliance Lead to manage Central Laboratory, Imaging, Phase I, Early Access, and similar vendor category groups.

Furthermore, you will be acting as partof the vendor performance oversight structure, focused on effective management of escalations, quality, andcontinuous improvement to enable predictable portfolio delivery through cross-functional collaboration and utilization of metrics to inform decision-making. In your role, you will be supporting the definition and implementation of corporate and departmental outsourcing strategies and identification of outsourcing needs, including identification of new service providers - driving RFP process for new vendors, evaluation, analysis, and recommendation.Overall the role requires keepingup to date with industry trends and vendor offerings and supporting thedevelopment and adaptation of corporate business procedures (including Quality documents).

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in relevant science, economy, or management fields
- Experience withworking in a cross-functional/cross-border global environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage change and influence others
