**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative Markenstrategien, um die Markenpräsenz von NOKERA zu stärken und das Wachstum zu fördern
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen und -initiativen, die die Kernbotschaften und Werte von NOKERA widerspiegeln
- Du pflegst und entwickelst Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern, einschließlich Kunden, Partnern und der Öffentlichkeit, um das Markenimage von NOKERA zu erhöhen
- Du überwachst und analysierst kontinuierlich Markttrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Kundenfeedback, um fundierte Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Markenstrategie zu treffen
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams wie Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung und Fertigung zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Markenbotschaften konsistent kommuniziert und umgesetzt werden

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Du verfügst über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Brand Management, Marketing oder verwandten Bereichen mit, idealerweise in der Immobilien
- oder Baubranche
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Konzepte klar und überzeugend vermitteln, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kreativität, Innovationsgeist und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative aus und kannst gleichzeitig effektiv in einem Team arbeiten, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
