**A propos du rôle**:
Pour notre client, un groupe leader dans son domaine d'activité, nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e Business Support Coordinator afin de supporter leur développement et leur activité croissante. Tu auras l'opportunité d'intégrer une structure dynamique, en expansion, au sein de laquelle tu pourras te développer et évoluer. En tant que "bras droit", tu seras amené.e à conduire divers projets variés afin d'optimiser les processus internes, développer l'activité commerciale, améliorer la qualité du SAV et harmoniser la partie opérationnelle.
**Tâches**:
- Reporting sur l'activité du SAV
- Support commercial
- Veille économique
- Optimisation de processus existants et implémentation de nouveaux processus
- Implémentation, coordination et formation sur les nouveaux outils internes
**Nous cherchons**:
- Une première expérience similaire en coordination et/ou assistanat de projet, ou assistanat commercial
- Langues: Allemand ou suisse-allemand (niveau C1), français (langue maternelle), anglais (courant B2/C1)
- Diplôme universitaire souhaité, de type Bachelor
- Durant les premiers mois, déplacements à prévoir à Zurich (2 fois par semaine)
- Personnalité: dynamique, proactive, ayant un bon relationnel, étant force de proposition, fédératrice, organisée et polyvalente
- Volonté de s'engager sur le long terme
