**Head of Investor & Media Relations
- Your future position?**

As the Head of Investor & Media Relations, you will be based in Switzerland (Vernier or Kemptthal). You will report directly to the CEO and you will ensure we are appropriately positioned with analysts, investors, and allpartners. You will develop a comprehensive program to manage investors, analysts, shareholders and media relationships, according to our goals.

Your main activities will consist in defining and implementing the Investor Relations and Media Strategy.

**In this role**:

- You will be the spokesperson for Givaudan's global strategy.
- You will develop and execute our Investor Relations Strategy following the corporate business strategy and goals.
- You willensure that the financial targets are communicated and understood by external partners.
- You will maintain relationships with all external financial partners.
- You will be a key contact for all external financial partners.
- You will organize conferences, earnings conference calls and investor meetings.
- You will develop presentations, press releases and other communications regarding earnings and industry events.
- You will provide feedback to the Executive Committee onthe investors' perception of our performance and management.
- You will oversee high-level communication between our organization and financial media representatives.

**Your professional profile includes**:

- University degree preferably in business, communications, public relations, finance and accounting
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Investor Relations experience / capital marketsknowledge
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with financial communities
- Strong relationship management skills (developing network, new prospects)
- Strong business knowledge and financial analysis skills
