Manager Sales Development

We are revolutionizing technical hiring by giving companies a skills-based hiring platform that enables our customers to assess technical skills effectively. We are growing fast and looking to add to our Engineering team. This position is full-time and based remote within India.
**Responsibilities for sales development manager**
- Lead Sales Development meetings and role play sessions with the team
- Advise reps as they formulate messaging and execute prospecting campaigns to secure new meetings
- Hire, Train, and Manage team of Sales Representatives and Enterprise Business Reps
- Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Manage outside tele-prospecting agencies for lead generation
- Work closely with the Integrated Marketing team to maximize campaigns and support the lead nurturing process
- Assist with design and course development for the GRC Sales Academy program
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers
**Qualifications for sales development manager**
- Manage the overall relationship between the customers, functions and organization at all levels
- Educate clients regarding company’s products and technologies
- Translate customer requirements and manage customer expectations by effective communication
- Keep abreast of competitive activities, prices and new business opportunities and maintain extensive business knowledge in the Food, Nutrition and Beverage markets
- Bachelor degree or above in Polymer related discipline
**Job Types**: 100%, Permanent
**Salary**: CHF80,985.00 - CHF132,500.00 per year
