Who we’re looking for

We are seeking ambitious individuals who are:

- Education in Business, Engineering, or related Innovation Management and/or Procurement fields.
- Innovative thinkers with a passion for exploring new disruptions and contributing to PMI’s future growth.
- Ability to identify and leverage new opportunities to drive competitive advantage in a global market.
- Experienced in project management having completed internships in corporate and/or start-up settings.
- Strategic mindset to develop and implement initiatives that align with the company's innovation goals.
- Possessing strong analytical skills to interpret data, manage ambiguity, and drive decision-making.
- Knowledgeable in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), new materials, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent communicators with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Roles & Objectives

As a trainee, you will:

- Engage in diverse projects that provide a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
- Support key initiatives focused on innovation and ecosystem development.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans that drive PMI’s future growth.
- Work with new technologies, start-ups, universities, experts, innovative companies to develop innovative solutions.
- Contribute to high-impact projects that aim to disrupt the industry and deliver a smoke-free future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategic initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience in a global company committed to innovation and excellence.
