Facility Coordinator

Optotune is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets.

As a Facility Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from space management and maintenance to response planning. You will work with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing employee well-being, operational excellence, and environmental sustainability.

**Tasks**:

- Support and maintain the entire infrastructure, including clean room facilities
- Manage the upkeep of buildings and facilities
- Handle small installations, basic equipment repairs, and modifications of machinery and testing benches
- Coordinate and monitor external contractors and external service requests
- Provide support for maintenance tasks and activities
- Coordinating conversion projects and renovations

**Requirements**:

- Finished an apprenticeship as an operational maintenance specialist
- Additional training as a maintenance specialist is beneficial
- Strong sense of personal responsibility
- Systematic work approach
- Collaborative team member with a communicative personality
- Demonstrates a readiness to work during emergencies and resolve issues
- Category B driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Good command of the German language and can communicate effectively in spoken English
