**DevOps Manager - External Consultant**:

Group Shared Services (GSS) The Bank’s entire operations are managed by GSS and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The GSS division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. **Main responsibilities**:
**Mission**

Within the Delivery Support Department, the IT tooling team is in charge of a large set of tools used throughout the delivery lifecycle from features definition to automated deployment going through continuous integration, testing and performance monitoring.

The activities of the IT tooling team are organized around 3 streams:

- Implement the IT tooling platform improvements

To reinforce this team, under the supervision of the IT tooling team leader, we are looking for an experienced IT tooling manager who will have to contribute to these 3 streams. This position requires to work collaboratively with all IT stakeholders, such as developers, testers and infrastructure team members.

**Main duties**
- Improvements of our set of tools and processes
- Tools maintenance and obsolescence management
- Contribution to structure our organization and processes
- Users support and change management

**Specific competencies**
- Tools: GIT, Azure DevOps Server, Docker, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible Automated Platform, AppDynamics, JIRA, SVN, Jenkins
- Languages: PowerShell, ksh, groovy, python, Ansible
- Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Scripting for tasks automation

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 8-10 years of experience in information systems
- Demonstrated a good experience in continuous integration
- Ability to work independently, providing project monitoring with the Tooling team leader
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English and French
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Service mindset
- Interpersonal skills
- Versatility

**Education**:

- Education: Engineer
- Technical skills: PowerShell, ksh, groovy, python, Ansible
- IT Tools: GIT, Azure DevOps Server, Docker, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible Automated

**Experience**:

- Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
- Experience in private banking: Optional

**Language**:

- English: Fluent
- French: Fluent
