The Group is made up of over thirty companies dealing with architecture, interior design, construction, branded real estate, real estate investments, product design, IT, hospitality management.

**Posizione**:
As sales manager you will be in charge to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure company’s strong presence in the market.
- Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with brokers, sales agent and understanding their needs.
- Set team goals and conduct monthly/ quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new launches and competition status.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
- Ensure that company sales targets are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closes and report to management on regular basis.

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communicator and highly proficient in written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal relations skills, highly sociable, and the ability to build relationships both with internal and external parties.
- Strong leadership skills and possess high-level understanding of team dynamics.
- Proven track in sales consultancy and advisory
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Highly proactive and constantly seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in sales or administration is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Client Relations Leadership, and Sales Consultancy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
- Excellent English and Italian. Other languages advataged
