Lectureship for **Research Methods and Decision Science at the Department of Consumer Behavior** (Institute of Marketing and Entrepreneurship) and **Department of Psychology of Digitalisation** at the Institute of Psychology

To support our researchers in the digitalization project PREPARE PRactice and Exam Preparation with AI Rendered Exercises, we are looking for two assistants as of 1 May 2024 (or by arrangement). The employment term is limited to three years.

**This job offer is exclusively for enrolled bachelor students (advanced) or master students at a Swiss university.**

Tasks
- Assist in contacting and liaising with academic staff throughout the university to acquire materials for fine-tuning AI large-language models
- Organisation and management of collected materials
- Assist in conducting and managing a Randomised Controlled Trial
- Provide feedback on aesthetics and interface of a newly created web app

**Requirements**:

- Ability to handle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Organisational skills, punctuality and efficiency
- Fluent written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (R/Python) is advantageous
- Experience or interest in measurement theory (classical test theory/Item Response Theory) and/or AI is advantageous
