Wir suchen mehrere enthusiastische Sales Mitarbeitende für den Direktvertrieb. Durch den Vertrieb von Digital Business-Softwarelösungen trägst Du einen erheblichen Beitrag zur Generierung des Umsatzwachstums bei. Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen, die Generierung neuer Verkaufschancen und die Gewährleistung vollständiger Kundenzufriedenheit.

Als erfolgreicher Verkäufer bist Du ein ausgezeichneter Kommunikator und verfügst über hervorragende soziale Kompetenzen. Du fühlst dich wohl dabei, Produkte sowie Dienstleistungen selbstbewusst am Telefon zu präsentieren und verfügst darüber hinaus über ein Höchstmass an Integrität.

Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis von Business-Softwarelösungen und bist bereit, Deine Kenntnisse über alles, was mit digitalen Lösungen und Drupal zu tun hat, zu vertiefen und zu erweitern.

Dein Ziel wird es sein, allen Kunden durch die digitalen Lösungen von zehnplus einen Mehrwert zu bieten, um unseren Kunden zu weiterem Erfolg zu verhelfen.

Aufgaben
- Planning and managing challenging digital customer projects
- Ensuring the success of the project in terms of deadlines, quality, budget and resources
- Active acquisition of new customers with a focus on larger companies
- Maintaining and building trusting relationships with your customer accounts
- Interact with high-level stakeholders and understand their needs, motivations and challenges to support the sales process

Qualifikation
- Experience in consulting and managing digital projects
- Enjoy strategic and conceptual work
- Enjoy dealing with and advising customers
- Knowledge of agile software development (Scrum)
- Knowledge of Drupal CMS is an advantage
- Experience from a digital agency an advantage
- Professional experience in B2B sales
- Stakeholder management and expansion of professional network
- Strong interest in technologies and digital trends such as AI
- The fast-growing start-up mentality is part of your mindset
- Business fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
- Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills
