**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Events Associate to work on organizing scientific events such as conferences, webinars, and seminars. You will be an integral part of our global Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing and Events Specialist.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Plan and execute various events globally, such as scientific conferences, webinars, local seminars, and roadshows, to support the company’s marketing strategy and lead generation efforts to meet the company’s sales targets
- Develop and implement event marketing and outreach activities
- Coordinate logistics for events, including registrations, travel arrangements, and accommodation for attendees
- Collaborate with team members to develop events’ agendas and content
- Travel internationally to attend events and assist/coordinate the setup and breakdown of event materials as well as with the promotion of the company and products (up to 20% of the time)
- Track events’ budget and ensure that all expenses are compliant with the company and team policies
- Collect event feedback across the organization and create follow-up reports to share learnings and market insights
- Regularly track performance of activities and create reports on KPIs and ROI
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the events organization process and marketing initiatives


**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, life sciences, or business
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing/events management within the Life Sciences Industry
- Dynamic and enthusiastic, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and fast learner
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Determined real team player, comfortable working independently and meeting challenging goals
- Fluency in English is a must. Any other European language is a plus
