Novo Nordisk Pharma AG ist mit gut 80 Mitarbeitenden die schweizerische Tochtergesellschaft der international tätigen, dänischen Pharmaunternehmung Novo Nordisk A/S, welche in der Behandlung von Diabetes, Adipositas, Wachstumsstörungen und Hämophilie weltweit eine führende Stellung einnimmt. Seit 1923 sind wir in der Entwicklung innovativer Therapien engagiert und führen kontinuierlich neue Produkte ein, um das Leben von Patienten zu verbessern. Gleichzeitig mit unserem 100-jährigen Firmenjubiläum sind wir daran, Medikamente in neuen Therapie-Gebieten wie Nicht-alkoholische Steatohepatitis (NASH) und dem Morbus Alzheimer zu entwickeln.

**Über die Position**

Als Medical Advisor / Scientific Liaison Manager (hybride Funktion) sind Sie dem Head of Medical Affairs unterstellt und werden zusammen mit einem funktionsübergreifenden Team einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Planung und Durchführung der Markteinführung in der Schweiz im Therapiegebiet NASH leisten. Mit der Zeit werden zusätzlich ähnliche Aufgaben im Bereich Morbus Alzheimer, einem weiteren für Novo Nordisk neuen Therapiegebiet, dazukommen. Sie werden office-basiert arbeiten, aber gleichzeitig bis zu 50% Ihrer Zeit im Feld bei Kunden unterwegs sein.

Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die Erarbeitung eines umfassenden Verständnisses für die entsprechenden Therapiegebiete und das Einbringen von medizinischer Fachkompetenz. Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer lokalen medizinischen Strategie für Pipeline-Produkte und für die wissenschaftlichen Pre-Launch Aktivitäten verantwortlich.

Zu Ihren weiteren Aufgaben gehören:

- Planung und Durchführung von wissenschaftlichen Meetings wie Advisory Boards, Scientific Roundtables und Symposien - Erstellung und Halten von wissenschaftlichen Präsentationen
- Identifizierung und Segmentierung von Meinungsbildnern in den Bereichen Hepatologie/Gastroenterologie und Neurologie (Geriatrie und anderen, in Diagnostik und Therapie von Demenzen involvierten Fachrichtungen). Beziehungsaufbau und Pflege von Kontakten dieser Schlüsselkunden in der gesamten Schweiz.
- Sicherstellung der qualitativ hochstehenden medizinischen und wissenschaftlichen Unterstützung und Information unserer Kunden
- Betreuung von «Investigator Initiated Trials»
- Aktive Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**

Für diese Aufgaben bringen Sie eine selbständige, proaktive und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit und überzeugen durch Ihre team
- und lösungsorientierte Art. Folgende Attribute zeichnen Sie ebenfalls aus:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie oder Medizin
- Erste Berufserfahrung aus einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Kenntnisse aus einem der relevanten Therapiegebiete und/oder Launch-Erfahrung als Vorteil
- Routiniert im Umgang mit medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Meinungsbildnern
- Starkes Interesse für medizinische Fragestellungen und die neusten Entwicklungen aus der Forschung und gleichzeitig ein Flair für digitale Themen
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch als Vorteil
