**My duties**
- Lead a team of currently 6 people with different specializations (Server Engineering, Network Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center Expert)
- Ensure uninterrupted operations and maintenance of IT Infrastructure and Network Services
- Communication and tracking of technical problems together with internal specialist, external partners and system suppliers
- Responsible for SLA definitions for services the Infrastructure and Network OperationsTeam is accountable
- Budget responsibility for this dedicated team
- Ensures systems, processes and methods are maintained and followed to provide effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery

**My qualifications**
- Sound know-how in servers, virtual environments, Cloud Computing and Hybrid IT
- Profound experience in network environments (TCP/IP, Cisco routers/switches, Firewall, Load Balancers, WiFi) including understanding of telecommunications concepts and connectivity
- Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows OS and Cisco IOS
- Experience in close collaboration with business stakeholders, support teams and technology vendors (IT consulting, service management, infrastructure services)
- Experience with change management processes (e.g.ITIL DevOps) and tools would be an asset
- Fluent in German and English (written as well as spoken)
